Terms and Conditions
 
It is the responsibility of the named person on the booking form to understand, agree and accept responsibility for all booking conditions. By proceeding with your booking and paying a deposit, you accept the following terms and conditions of by rosie. 

www.byrosiemua.com (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is a professional makeup artistry business providing makeup services, consultations, and related content. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website. 

The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has completed and submitted the online Booking Form (found here). Once we have reviewed the enquiry, we will get back to the client with a quote. All bookings will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total fee. This should be paid via BACS and within 3 days of receiving the quote to secure the booking slot. The remaining 50% is due in cash or via BACS on the day of the clients makeup appointment. 

If the client wishes to cancel their booking, this must be done no later than 48hrs before the appointment or the client will lose their deposit.

Cancellations made within 48hrs of their appointment will lose their deposit and will be charged the full amount. This must be paid on the day of cancellation.  

If the client would then like to reschedule they must make contact via the booking form to rebook. 

Any clients who fails to show up to their booking or is more than 30 minutes late, agrees to lose their deposit and must pay the full amount to us. We also reserve the right to refuse service to the client. However, we do understand that personal emergencies can happen, so refunds may apply on a case by case basis.

Cancellations by us due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering our obligations where no other suitable alternative can be given, a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered.

If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of us, where possible we will endeavour to rectify such situations however, no compensation will be offered on the makeup artists part.

Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your makeup application.

Timeliness: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or cancellations. 

Photography and Videography: We may take photos or videos during makeup applications for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you consent to the use of these media on our Website and social media platforms unless otherwise agreed.

Behaviour: Abusive and threatening behaviour will not be accepted therefore, the makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client whereby they will not receive a refund of their deposit. 

All travel beyond a 10 mile radius from CW8 will be charged at 50p per mile. Any parking, toll, congestion charge and/or accommodation costs incurred will be added to your final balance.
Any venue over 2 hours drive will require accommodation the night before to ensure my arrival on time. Any outstanding travel expenses are to be paid in full on the day if they have not been included in the final payment.
